  1. Couldn’t small business just make people sign a contract saying the service provider gets to attend the ceremony, if they so choose. Then when it gets to the “does anyone object” part object. That should keep people from wanting to use that service provider.

  2. If I were legally required to bake that cake, I would bake the cake. It just might have some, uh, unusual, ingredients in it, though – perhaps ingredients that would have a laxative or purgative effect.

  3. @3 – Tempting, but that could lead to a lawsuit. It needs to be subtle: the cake is a little dry, or a little overcooked, or there’s a few small mistakes in the decoration, or not quite enough sugar in the very-bland frosting.

Not bad enough to be alarming, but bad enough that none of their gay friends will hire you.

  4. Just put one of those plastic man and WIFE on it, then you say…”I thought when you said gay wedding, you meant happy”.

Gay people who go out of their way to find someone they know will give them a hard time are like the d’bags on bikes who ride around with a camera on their stupid hats hoping someone in a car will do something so they can get mad and put it on utube. Those people never do anything to provoke some huge guy who might beat the crap out of them just like homos won’t try and piss off a Muslim baker.
