He means California. Not so much because of Global Warming but because their penis-head pols pass laws using Global Warning as the reason that suck all tax revenues for cow fart capture devices instead of law enforcement of infrastructure.
The registration for my 2500 Express van is $300 a year. $200 of that is a weight fee that is supposed to go for road maintenance (try multiplying that number times the number of pickups, vans, and full size SUV’s in the state) The reality is it’s used for trains, buses, and paving and striping bike trails, highway maintenance is more of an after thought.
Ouch. Double ouch since it’s not going into roads.
