If my calculations and correct, assuming the projectile maintains mach 7 over a range of 100 miles – that gives an enemy about 70 seconds to react if they get instant intel on the launch. A minute to pray – 10 seconds to die.
And you probably noticed that the 100 mile range was what they hoped to achieve by 2011. That’s the old range.
