Yelling “Fire”! in a theatre is too old school and worn out. Everyone can clearly see there’s no fire. So I tried yelling “Allahu Akbar”! once and everyone just laughed at me. 🙁
You most assuredly don’t have free speech if some government bureaucrat gets to decide what can and cannot be said. If there are limits to free speech then you don’t have free speech.
