California’s Energy Commission is expected to approve new energy standards that would require solar panels on the roofs of nearly all new homes, condos, and apartment buildings from 2020 onward.
Well, if you really want renewables, how about a windmill powered by California politicians debating stupid laws?
Well that should really make housing more affordable.
Maybe they can require solar panels here too. Of course funded by the taxpayers not the residents….

So if I read the new California law right any new shanty dwellings erected after 2020 will be required to have solar panels, correct?
