I don’t know what it is about the Moody Blues’ Days of Future Passed album, but it’s one that I’ve made sure to own ever since I first got a copy years ago. When vinyl LPs gave way to cassette, I got the cassette. When they gave way to CDs, I go the CD. And, of course, I have it on iTunes now.
I may have even had the 8-track at one time, but I can’t say for certain.
What’s on your mind? Got something you’d like to share? Saturday Night Open Thread means it’s your turn to run the show.
Who wants to start?

I saw the Moody Blues with the Washington Symphony Orchestra back in the 90s. That was a darn good show.
It was a little disappointing though. I heard they were going to do Knights in White Satin with violence.
It was pretty good with fiddles though.
I mean ‘National Symphony Orchestra. Sorry for the confusion.
Those guys must be pushing 80yo now like the Stones…I bet their blues ARE pretty moody nowadays.
Makes me think of 80 year old Who dragging O2 bottles around singing, My Generation.
“Things they do look awful c-c-cold
I hope I die before I get really, really, really, really old”
“I hope I don’t die when I get ol-ol-ol-old.”
Looks like a culinary delight to me……

Orson Welles was born May 6, 1915, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. I’m going to go out later and check my rosebushes for buds.
Or for Aliens. I’m not saying its Aliens but… its Aliens
Days of future passed
Yep. Can’t believe I did that. Thanks for the catch.
Yeah, I had the 8 track. Missed a beat when it went over the track change tape.
