Banning Plastic Bags Turns Out To Be Worse For the Environment

Short version: banning free plastic bags doesn’t obviate the need for the things people reuse plastic bags for, so they just go out and buy plastic bags. That are thicker. And thus use even more plastic.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!
