I’m at a wedding/reception for a family with serious bucks. Some thoughts:
-I’m very happy for them, they’re awesome
-I appreciate the free food
-I found out where I was sitting because a macaron on a table had my name and a table number printed on it. Don’t see that every day.
-I wonder what movie Svengoolie played tonight on MeTV
-the mother of the bride most likely gave my kids an adult beverage. I’d be mad but she’s awesome too.
-even if that didn’t happen I’m very impressed my kids haven’t once come to me asking if we can go home.
-the sole is coming off my left shoe but it’s probably old enough to vote so I figure I got my money’s worth out of it.
