Gentle Reader,
The time to remove Halloween decorations was between November 3 and November 7. Any decorations still hanging after that are to be considered permanent improvements to the property and cannot be removed without getting a permit from the local zoning board.
People take them down?
It’s not Halloween decorations. My neighbor is a hoarder.
You know, if you take them down, you’ll just have to put them back up again – what’s the point?

Oh, my mistake: that really IS a skeletonized corpse there.
A few added Santa hats and some scarves and now they are Christmas decorations.
