Not France.
As Michelle Malkin points out, a French car company apologized for running an ad that featured an “insulting” vision of Chairman Mao “David Ogden Stiers” Tse-Tung:

What else would you expect from these losers?

After all, these flea-infested surrender-monkeys have elected out-of-the-closet socialists of their own free will. At least in America we don’t vote for them unless they embrace the informal etiquette of at least calling themselves “Democrats”.
Now GREECE, on the other hand, had a radio station run an ad that REALLY gives the Maoster a makeover:
You should see what they did with Hitler and Stalin.
And you can bet your sweet ouzo that there’s no apology forthcoming from Gyroland.
Elsewhere in the world of sizeable metallic cojones, Japan demonstrates the proper defensive technique when eco-pirates attack your ship with weapons of mass stupidity.
Seriously, Greenie-Weenies, it’s NOT a good idea to piss off a bunch of guys who are bored out of their minds and have no women around to make them act civilized. It’s like walking into a frat house wearing a “NERD” sign hanging around your neck.

Conservative! Caree to explain this???

Troll,
What the heck does that have to do with this?
BTW, most Klansmen were dems.
Harv,
These two morons might not have gotten themselves “detained” had they paid closer attention while reading Moby-Dick back in high school. With the exception of infantrymen and Marines, no occupation is more dangerous, tough or brutal than whale fishing. Those dudes should thank their lucky stars they’re still in one piece!
What a great marketing idea. Use the image of somebody who killed tens of millions of people to promote your product. There are very few things as offensive as the image of Che Guevara, but a picture of Mao is definitely one of them.
The fact that the two “eco-warriors” still exist is a testament to self control on behalf of the japenese sailors. These two idiots approached this ship in international waters and were tossing bottles containing acid at the sailors. The deliberate impediment of a ship in international waters in the act of commerce could easily be construed as piracy. Maritime law surrounding acts of piracy are fairly loose in the interpetation of “reasonable response”.
I sincerely hope these two have enjoyed the traditional japenese diet while being “detained”.

I know, its a shame we didn’t shoot the KKK members before they lynched the black guy, but we were outnumbered in the south back then! Nowadays we would have saved him.
The two sides offered wildly conflicting accounts of the incident, with Sea Shepherd claiming that the crew had tried to throw Lane overboard before strapping him and Potts, 28, to a radar mast with plastic cord.
I would have paid good money to see that…
So what do you think, Harvey? A caption contest of your own where we submit awesome ‘shoppes of brutal narcissists?
I saw one of Che as Mickey Mouse once that I’d submit because it’s funny.
From the Guardian article:
“The International Whaling Commission banned commercial whaling in 1986 but allows Japan to conduct lethal research and sell the meat on the domestic market, a practice critics condemn as a front for commercial whaling.”
LOL!!!
It’s a pretty sad day when I can hear better radio in Greece than I can in New York.
P.S. BLACK PEOPLE are the future of music?!! Yeah, and the winters in Russia ain’t so bad…
Holy crap those things made me laugh so hard.
