Take FrankJ, for instance. He essentially told us to get bent. Then came Harvey, who felt the same way. Then came Basil. I think his exact words were: “Get Bent!” But we didn’t. I can’t speak for Walrus, but I can say that it is your comments that keep me checking in. Especially when you’re not saying to get bent.
Which brings us to leftists. They do not check into this website, as far as I can tell, except perhaps to leave tofu on posts here and there. They don’t leave comments, because they would be roundly scoffed, as they should be.
However, they’d be welcome. Stupid, but welcome. They’d post something leftist and inane, get mocked, and leave in utter shame. Losers.
That cheers me up. It truly is the best medicine.

I would also like to apologize for my serious slacking off in posting. I am back to work and unfortunately IMAO is blocked by my work filters. I can only post on my phone and it is a pain in the you know where as I can’t get it to remember my log in for each post.

Don’t count on that Delta variant to get you much time off . I’m 70 something and it was blown out by a short fever in 16 hours . My wife ran through it in 8 hours but she doesn’t smoke . I’d bet if I drank another glass of red Wine I’d have done it in eight hours too.
Oh I won’t get sick. My employer will put us in lockdown until just before the 2022 midterms for our own good.

I was at a training today in which the trainer made so many hints that he was a lefty that I almost told him “ok! We get it!” But I resisted.
I did counter one of his points with a colorful anecdote. I was so darn nice about it that he could only agree that I had a point.
At last, a comment I can get behind! All anecdotes should be colorful – anything less is exclusionary, and biased towards the monochromatic…
