I don’t think Obama’s evil. That still implies he has some kind of supernatural abilities, and as we all know, Obama possesses no abilities at all.
He’s essentially the physical embodiment of Bart Simpson – underachiever & proud of it. And like Bart, he’s not really evil; he’s merely the devil’s cabana boy.
