Voting rights are the only rights to live on after you die…in Chicago…
And the right of the government to make sure you don’t vote multiple times is a fundamental duty of any
democracyrepublic.Are they? While I suppose one could say that the very essence of the definition of “Democracy” is voting but, as the recent Supreme Court ruling have indicated, they are “Flexible” with “definitions” and will change them as the times may dictate. So to say that voting will always be essential to Democracy is just a reliance on a definition originally created by White Men so enjoy it while they let you.
…so why limit it to Americans. Let’s allow the whole world to decide how America is run…best thing for a country is to let the whole world, most of which has not vested interest in the welfare of the country’s citizens decide how a country is run and who they should hand out all their goodies to.
The “right to vote” should limited to only be those who have skin in the game.
Bring to the polling place a photo id and the most recent years’ tax return showing you indeed pay taxes.
There should be a voting ID and the second you take any form of welfare, EBT, section 8, “free” health care, Unearned non-income tax handout, Obamafone, SSDI for anything but provable “disabilities” (no arms and no legs, not….anxiety) they take it away. Don’t like it? Get a job.
