Given California’s penchant for not observing federal law when they don’t want to why should anyone believe the Police will observe the prohibitions on guns and technology? Application of the law seems to be based upon whims and feelings in California these days.
I’m sure there is some kind of legal wording that allows for what they are promising they won’t do.
I think it is called “find a compliant Liberal judge”.
