I thought that as the Imperial Secretary of War, that your territory would be a province of the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiller Empire or at least a tributary state.

If I remember my geography correctly, Frank’s territory (Romania) includes Transylvania. So Frank J could invade his weaker neighbors (i.e. everyone) with his army of vampires! This intrigues me…
I have always suspected that Frank had made deals with the undead to gain his sense of humor. No man can be that funny and still have full control over his mortal soul! This is finally being made evident by his territoty and the fact that Transylvania, a place well known for it’s simian vampires. It is no wonder now that Frank hate monekys, they are actually the ones that secretly control his eveyr thought. He obviously is able to rebel occasionally but not often enough to break their devilish hold on his psyche!
