With all the unconstitutional laws the Democrats like to pass, sometime you wonder if the Democrats even know that there is a Constitution. Well, we know that Senator Schumer proves that at least some Democrats know about the Constitution. The other day, he was on TV and mentioned the three branches of government. Now, he didn’t identify those three branches correctly, but he did get the number right. That probably means he at least scanned the Constitution once. So Schumer wins the coveted IMAO “Me Know of Constitution” award given to Democrats who demonstrate a vague understanding of the Constitution or otherwise acknowledge it at least exists somewhere. Good job, Schumer!
Will this be an annual award, Frank?

Leftists leaders know the constitution is a threat to their agenda, “an agenda-blocker” if you will, so they actively discredit and circumvent it. (old racist white men, living document, insufficient for modern times etc…)
Leftards (vocal know nothing leftists supporters) see it as a bunch of old archaic rules and dont get why it should be allowed to get in the way from the government doing something they think is good.
Like when some conservatives didn’t care if the patriot act was constitutional.

As a person who lives in upstate NY, I apologize for that embaressment of a senator, but at the same time would like to point out upstate has no say in who is in the senate because of NYC. I think after we nuke the moon and get to the point of nukeing ourselves, I’d nominate NYC, that would allow the rest of NY to make up for the damage NYC has caused.
Is it a sign that IMAO is moving to the left (or the right, according to this graph) that they are giving an award for meeting the minimum standard? Thats what leftie NEA public school teachers do, and we know how they vote!
Coldguy – its the only way they will feel better about themselves and try to improve. If we dont constantly praise them, even if they are wrong or just stupid, they will never gain the self esteem to feel better about their place in this world. According to schmuck schumer, the 3 branches are: The house, the senate, and the president. So other than the number 3 he got none correct. Therefore, he should be disbarred in new york, and then set in the corner with a pointed hat because he is a dunce.

As does Rayfan, I live in upstate NY as well. I don’t think an apology would cover it; however, perhaps we deserve a bit of sympathy. After all, Chucky speaks idiocy pretty much every time he opens his mouth. The rest of the US is generally spared demonstrations of his awesome brain power.
For those not edumicated on the relationship between upstate and downstate (i,e., Schumer-Land), it goes like this:
