The Washington Post ran this side-by-side of Rick Perry and Obama:
and dismissed its very obvious point by saying that’s it’s not fair, because ANYBODY would look cool standing next to an Air Force jet plane.
Well, I suppose every rule has an exception:
But honestly, Obama even gets beat by Mitt Romney in a completely fair fight:
I’m just not buying the WaPo’s argument.
At this point a picture of a scarecrow side-by-side with Obama would be an ‘unfair’ comparison.
Most people would look cool in uniform standing next to an Air Force jet, sure. But what was stopping young Barry from putting on a uniform and getting a jet of his own to stand next to?
Obama wouldn’t even look cool standing next to an Air Force jet pilot.
Dude, Obama wouldn’t look next to me in my old Space Camp uniform.
um…. look ‘cool’… right. Don’t you hate it when you go to make a wise crack you fail? We’ll blame the baby.
@Katie the French Major,
Did Kenya have an air force?
These two pictures must really be aggravating the left…hence the Washington Post editorial.
From the ComPost editorial:
“Some people insist that the only way to learn anything about a person is to stare deeply and fixedly into his eyes for several minute while hissing softly.”
Really? ‘Some people insist’? ‘Some’ people? You mean ‘more than one’?
WHO has E V E R said that?
Seriously, WHO?
RAD Helmet Boy on the left! Where are the Spandex shorts with the crotch padding and the special shoes that clip on? I suppose Barry would fall over at the first stop sign… Nice had on the top right, by the way? Has that EVER been a fashion statement by ANYONE in ANY ERA? I don’t think so!!!
Did everyone enjoy the phony hurricane? The highest winds anyone could find were 55mph (barely a tropical storm) long before it even got to New York, yet every network was reporting 85mph (barely a hurricane), but it knocked the bad Obama news off the headlines…and our imperial leader raced to “take command” at the hurricane center.
Expect the lib networks to start attempting to compare this nothing storm that created some light flooding to Katrina.
…however, the BP oil spill was Obama’s real Katrina.
+1 to Catie the French Major says:

Perry got reports from the National Weather Service, Barry hung out with the Weather Underground.
The WAPO is whining pver the Obama wimp factor. Funny.
The Leftists always cry “unfair!” when confronted with simple truth. People look cool in uniform, next to jet planes, because becoming a jet pilot while serving in the armed forces that defend your nation IS cool. Wasting your youth experimenting with drugs and wearing silly hats while sliding by on affirmative action quotas is NOT cool. It’s just truth, people, deal with it.
