Seanmahair, that’s nothing compared to the Soviet Satellite Commonwealth of Massachusetts…the populace of Holyhood Cemetery has been voting solidly Democrat since at least as far back as the time of Woodrow Wilson. They went solidly for Al Smith back in ’28 and were consistently for locals like Jim Curley and the Kennedys…though not so much since Rose went into the ground. (I think Honey Fitz drew the line when it came to backing that plastic Paddy John Kerry.)
Ah yes our brothers and sisters in the north. We too have cemeteries filled to the brim with voting democrats. Ask Gov. O’Malley, he got elected on the backs of the undead and has been doing his best to make sure their ranks continue to swell as fast as possible. Word has it he is going to run for president. He’ll be Emperor Obama the second if he manages to stay alive politically. We shall see, something else to look forward to.
