According to a report — presumably with Science! in it — a hundred million people will die by 2030 if we don’t act on climate change. But which hundred million people? Maybe it’s a hundred million bad guys and climate change is all just an Axe Cop secret attack.
According to the CIA World Factbook, as of July, 2005, there were approximately 6,446,131,400 people on the planet, and the death rate was approximately 8.78 deaths per 1,000 people a year which works out to roughly 56,597,034 people dieing each year….so we would get to over 100,000,000 in less than two years…..does that mean that gloval warming will slow the global death rate?
So, on a planet supposedly already overpopulated with humans: global warming=everybody wins!
Or are they saying that 100 million isn’t enough?

Obama needs to buy them all air conditioners with money borrowed from China right before he shuts down all the coal fired power plants. Maybe he can throw in a Volt too. 3 problems solved!!!
But wait a minute, I thought overpopulation was the biggest problem in the world? ( I’m sure it was, right at the end of the ice age in the 80’s) Everyone needs to be aborted and handed over to the death panels….so why is this a problem? Are they complaining because they want it to be more…or less?
What else could drops in GDP be due to besides climate change? And the fact that death rates keep dropping doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t drop faster without climate change!
