I think libtards would love to have these required. It would be an easy way to silence opposition, “we are revoking your free speech card, you have to shut up now.” It would stop all those evil youtube videos, and there candidates wouldnt have to worry about losing debates.
Liberals would LOVE to have that card mandated, right up until the point that Conservatives were in charge, then they’d scream like…well, umm…whiny liberals.

Unfortunately most progressives would be more then willing to carry that card and mandate it to everyone to attend their indoctrination class.
