Everyone one know if they aren’t getting paid, the service is substandard.
In the Soviet State of Washington, the supposition by the State is that parents don’t know what they’re doing and can’t be trusted.
And a great many of the parents have exactly the reverse supposition.
I’ll side with the parents.
