I don’t see a problem with that map.
I doubt most Americans know that lemurs are native to Madagascar.
They do. But they only know because of the movie, “Madagascar.” The suggestion is that the fact that lemurs are native to Madagascar is ALL Americans know about the place and that only from an animated movie.
I have a problem with this map. All the freedom should be in Texas and the rest of the country should be “not Texas” or “lesser states” works too.
How about “Turning Communist”?
Looks more like how liberal cartoonists think the average American thinks about the stereotypes of the rest of the world. The “Russian observatory” gives it away.
