On the NYT’s Manufactured Trump Tax Scandal

[High Praise! to Hope n’ Change Cartoons]

Note to the apparently clueless NY Times: “Man Pays Correct Amount of Taxes” is not a scandal. In fact, it’s not even interesting… And let’s not forget that to get his tax breaks, Trump had to lose almost a billion dollars – and we’re guessing that’s not a tax strategy most people would enjoy employing.

  1. The basic principle is that if you lost $1,000,000, in 2014, and then you made a million in profit in 2015, you’ve only made back what you lost the year before. I’m sure this concept is quite beyond the “reporters” at NYT

  2. So, the people who rely on 51% of the population not paying for…anything…are mad because someone “didn’t pay taxes”? OOOK Obviously, the goal is to imply that he took money right out of their welfare checks, as if to say: ‘If rich people paid even MORE, you lazy worthless drains on the world would get even MORE free $hit!’..,,,and it seems to work.
The NYT bought the Boston Globe for like…$1 billion and of course they lost most of it so of course, they paid no taxes and I’d say, they did it on purpose….are the deadbeats mad about that too?
This country has become a joke.
