But it is painless.
It brings on many changes.
You don’t even have to pay a fine. They can only take it from your tax refund. Just adjust your withholdings so that you break even at the end of the year or owe a little bit. And if you’d rather not do that there’s all kinds of exemptions written into this monstrosity that you can easily claim.
