I think Paul Reiser’s performance in this film is WAY underrated.
And I was also a fan of his work on “Mad About You”, wherein his best line was in one episode when a friend of his asked him if he’d ever seen the Alien movies, and his character responded, deadpan and immediately, “Only the first one”.
Laughed myself silly at that.
And you have to be really, really great to be even better than that first one. You can get the box set of them all at Walmart for 10 or 12 bucks if like me you watch them repeatedly.
