      I sent my kids to college; I sent my kids to State:
      Where they learned “Gender’s chosen, but racism’s innate.”
      Brought ’em up to be honest. Brought ’em up not to hate.
      They said “Your gender’s chosen, but your racism’s innate.”

      They came home for Thanksgiving, and when we passed them the plate
      They said “Your gender’s chosen, but your racism’s innate.”
      We paid for their college, but all they want to do is debate:
      “Gender’s totally chosen, racism’s like, totally innate.”

      My wife and I bore them —
      And love them, though we kid:
      But if gender’s chosen
      I wonder how we did.

      {Lie awake at night and}
      Wonder how we did…
      Wonder how we did.
