Well that certainly could be a problem. I do try my best to use comparable shots, same pose same color/black and white. I am am limited by what I can find and for some contestants that isn’t really a lot. I can’t help your perception but I do try to be fair as I can.

I think I suggested it before, but it bears repeating: actresses known for “professional” roles. Doctors, nurses, police officers, maybe even a lawyer or two.
Alternately, if you wanna get away from actresses, women athletes.
Femme Fatales from various spy movies (not just Bond girls).
Those who played a badass role.
