Im smoking a brisket Saturday. The number of successful briskets I’ve done I can count on one hand. As a fail safe I’ll throw some ribs and chicken on the smoker as well.
To be as green as possible I will be using lots and lots of renewable resources. Wood and charcoal.

My week was slow. Didn’t build anything cool. Welded the exhaust back on my loyal old Impala. Clock I fixed unfixed itself. I’ll take it apart again this weekend.

Personally, I prefer both ribs and chicken to brisket. So plan accordingly.
