  1. Iron-poor blood?

    Or too much tennis/pickle ball/golf/gardening/spring cleaning/yard work/moving/house painting/tree clearing…..

I know. Staying up late. That’ll do it every time. Get some rest, leerless feeder.

  2. What do you think about laughter at a funeral? I personally believe it to be imperative. Is there really anybody you can think of whose remembrance would not include the retelling of some raucus adventure, or at least an amusing anecdote? So you hear tell of that time the dear departed took a road trip with his cousin, and you laugh, and realize the again how much you will miss that dear friend.

And you continue to chuckle softly as your eyes well up; the laughter magnifies the tears.

  3. I try not to overly laugh at a funeral..but at the drinks later there will be laughter and sombre moments at the loss of brother and sister officers…of law enforcement…and all the radio and CPIC and all of us together..that worked at making a difference and making our communities safe….sleep well my bretheren…Scotty
