Yeah. Obamacare, like Stalin’s collectivization of agriculture, wasn’t designed to be fixed or reversed. When autocrats take over a sector of society, they mean to KEEP it.
As much as I hate what is going on, It does move us one step closer to a place where “Musket to the junk” is ok. I like to think it’s natural progression.
