I don’t suppose that hiring people who actually know what they’re doing was ever one of the options on the table.
It’s just embarrassing when the Chinese can illegally collect more information on American citizens than the NSA can.
All government computers should be routed to the server in the Clintons basement, which apparently is secure from any hacking.
…And let me guess, this upgrade will not cost the American taxpayers a single dime, and if you like your computer-you can keep your computer, period.
