The producers of Brokeback Mountain are working on a sequel. It will be set in a hosting company’s DataCenter and will tell the tale of two gay reboot technicians falling in love.
The working title is Brokeback Mount Point.

..and fell in love during a late night call to fix some data center problem.
the definite contact happened when on of the technician sprung back when he struggled to release a locked backup tape…
Hay, people aren’t interested in the gay agenda that Hollywood is trying to push on the American public. The movie did not do well at all in the box office but still got the nominee for best Picher, what is up with that. Maybe Hollywood would do better if they just all lay up with each other and keep it to them self
MacStansbury — are you kidding me? Despite playing showing on a smaller number of screens than most movies, Brokeback has made more than $50 million (nearly 4 times its cost). And it has done so with almost no advertising. It was number 5 last week and 6 this week against a host of big-budget movies playing in many more venues. Check out http://www.boxofficemojo.com (also check out a dictionary — or use spell check).
Dave … no advertising? I’m not sure ANY film has had more Leno/Letterman mentions. Talk about your free advertising ….
and then some college jerk asks Bush if he’s seen it?
Yep … no advertising all right.
Do you suppose there’s anyone in America who doesn’y know it’s a gay cabelleros movie??
One more thing:
I was pretty disappointed when I learned it was a modern-day cowboy movie.
I was hoping we’d get to see a couple of outlaws robbing banks by day and dressing up for a burlesque show at night. That would have been a great movie.
Pappy calls it BackDoor Mountain and we will not be seeing it. That movie has had more advertising than any other movie in recent history…most of it free. You’re right. who in America doesn’t know about it?

Look out Dave M!! someone in Hollywood might steal your idea and make a bundle…only if they read IMAO, of course.
This movie has had more in-your-face advertising than any that I can remember. The ads say “The movie that has captured the heart of America”. Excuse me? Maybe the heart of San Francisco but come on people I know when I’m being snowed. Sheesh!
Does anybody else see the irony in the fact that these are not two gay cowboys but ” sheep ranchers.” I find that LOL funny. May be their problem is that they spend way too much time with their sheep.

Okay, getting back to Laurence’s original post, I thought that was funny…after I looked up the phrase ‘mount point.’

non-Unix weenies probably won’t appreciate this as much as I did.
Nice job!
That’s one helluva fstab.
