  1. It was hilarious.
    “Big Hollywood”‘s live blog
    got me through the Oscars.

Well, that and skipping the first
couple hours of it to watch Cold Case and the Unit.

Sean Penn got it right, when he said to Hollywood,
    “You ARE commie loving homophiles!”

  2. My thoughts exactly #1 and #3.

I haven’t watched an awards show on principle in…gee I can’t remember now. The last Oscar broadcast I watched was 1996, when Mister Holland’s Opus was up. Last night I watched a M*A*S*H marathon interrupted by one hour for Amazing Race; much better.

  3. the whatever awards are not for normal peoples viewing. They are for those that have no life, no self respect, and no intelligence, like democrats. It is strictly an opportunity for those that failed at the box office to console themselves with meaningless bobbles. Sane people and those that have standards, do not watch these self congradulatory pinko fests, we instaed do productive things like spend time with our children, read, or visit with the neighbors.

As a side note, I was starteled this morning by what I thought was a deranged cat clawing a chalk board, it was it turned out, part of a presidential speaking soundbite on the radio.
