If Ahmadinejad is a classic right-winger, wouldn’t the left condemn him more forcefully?

Maybe Rahm could tell Obama to not waste this Iranian crisis.

Soon Obama press conferences will just be reporters laying gifts at his feet and worshiping him.

“When fascism comes to America, it will be promising hope and change.” Eh, guess that should be past tense.

Maybe Obama isn’t speaking out against the oppression in Iran because he’s too busy taking notes.

Lesson: If you wanted someone to speak forcefully on Iran, you should have elected a president with testicles.

My wife always yells at me for punching the kitties in the head. They never say anything.

We grow up thinking we should model ourselves after John Wayne, but it ends up what women want are effeminate vampires.

  1. Wow, the thought about women, John Wayne, and vampires sums up my dating life in a sentence. I spent my 20’s trying to be the Duke and it got me nowhere. So sad. R.I.P. Jaccob McCandles, we miss you and your politics

  2. “We grow up thinking we should model ourselves after John Wayne, but it ends up what women want are effeminate vampires.”

It would explain the last election, wouldn’t it?

Margaret Thatcher once said, “The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money”. If you replace socialist with vampire and money with blood, you pretty much have it nailed. The main problem is that we’ve gone from blood-sucking parasites that understand that they have a vested interest in the host surviving to make more blood to liquivores like spiders who take the whole thing at once and toss away the exoskeleton.

  3. Frank, the one in charge at the White House has testicles, its the idiot the left elected that doesn’t.

Random thought: is michell’s slong bigger than barry’s, is that why he is such a douche?

  4. I hope the press starts giving Obama gifts. It will make it harder to claim they are not biased, though idiots will still argue that they are neutral, and maybe Obama will be able to re-gift the items to world leaders. I bet the press as better taste then that one.

  5. It’s obvious that a President McCain would be doing something about Iran. But don’t you think that a President Hilary Clinton would be pretty tough on them too? For all her liberalism and scheming, I thought she’d be the lesser of the two evils. I just can’t see her taking this s**t from Iran and North Korea without trying to flex some muscle.

  6. #9 n. korea is a threat because during the clintoon admin, he was as hapless as this current disgrace in the White House. The only difference between the shrill one and the classless one is that the shrill one would make a profit off of the crisis.

and oh yeah, maybe leave a body or 2 behind. Vince is probably getting lonely.

  7. Man, some days, when I think about our drag race to hell in a top-fuel hand basket, I get a little warm comforting feeling remembering that most of the people leading us to the hell we’re in will find themselves neck deep in a brimstone lake come the cloud-splitting Triumphal Return. That just makes me smile like an idiot, or a White House Correspondent. But then I repeat myself.

  9. “I can imagine no man who will look with more horror on the End than a conscientious revolutionary who has, in a sense sincerely, been justifying cruelties and injustices inflicted on millions of his contemporaries by the benefits which he hopes to confer on future generations: generations who, as one terrible moment now reveals to him, were never going to exist. Then he will see the massacres, the faked trials, the deportations, to be all ineffaceably real, an essential part, his part, in the drama that has just ended: while the future Utopia had never been anything but a fantasy.
    – Frantic administration of panaceas to the world is certainly discouraged by the reflection that ‘this present’ might be ‘the world’s last night’; sober work for the future, within the limits of ordinary morality and prudence, is not. For what comes is Judgement: happy are those whom it finds labouring in their vocations, whether they were merely going out to feed the pigs or laying good plans to deliver humanity a hundred years hence from some great evil. The curtain has indeed now fallen. Those pigs will never in fact be fed, the great campaign against White Slavery or Governmental Tyranny will never in fact proceed to victory. No matter; you were at your post when the Inspection came.”

  10. “Soon Obama press conferences will just be reporters laying gifts at his feet and worshiping him.”

Should we really still be refering to them as “press”? After all, that does imply some level of journalism.

  11. Ahmadinejad is a figurehead in Iran. Much like the Queen of England, he has no control. The ulama will decide what really happens. They control the mob. Don’t be scared of words, they can’t hurt you. And neither can Ahmadinejad.
