It’s going to be “high speed”, right? That seems to be what makes it cool and efficient and governmenty, not just any old rail, HIGH SPEED Rail!!!1!1!!!!. So it will make the whole 20 miles in like 5 minutes as long as it never needs to stop, which it won’t since it will be empty. What a great idea!!
