You’d think the administration from no bacon would want the homeless to stay as far out of sight as they can get. You’d think they’d pay Kansas City to keep the tunnels. Now where are the homeless going to go, back out on the street 24/7 having set to’s with people who don’t want to walk over their smelly bodies to get to the library, the gym or Pottery barn.
