We need a term. Gullible doesn’t quite fit. The spelled out definition for the word we need is: People who desperately wish to be convinced that the foolish fallacy they incredibly actually already believe has now been proven…by evidence or anecdote or you know…a Ouija board or something. Lacking any guidance on word-smithing, I’ll use a portmanteau of gullible and believer Gulliever? Begullible?
Now then, the Gullievers KNOW! that women are mistreated. Women make less and this FACT! must have a reason that is divorced from cause and effect and instead married to male-chauvinism. You say she doesn’t make as much as he does for the same job? Okay, does she work as many hours? Has she worked there just as long? Has she taken any six-month leaves of absence due to the forces of nature…etc.?
There are people out there who are so invulnerable to logic, holding their Captain America shield made of unobtainium, proof against any form of reason known to (hu)mankind, that no argument can force the slightest niggle of doubt into their fortress of absolute certainty. You must know the type. Whether it’s global warming, white racism, sexism, unworthiness of America, bloodsucking vampire millionaires, or noble crack-dealing Robinhoods in their hoods, they always have an excuse for the wrong and a sling and arrow for the Right.
I bet you know a Gulliever. You couldn’t force the truth into this fool’s head if you forged it into a nail and hammered it in. Some people are invested in being wrong, and they’ll hold that stock all the way to Chapter 11.
If it really is so easy to pay women more than they are paid now, women could just do it. They don’t want to do it themselves, they want to sit around, whine and require men to do it. They have already passed a law requiring men to do it. There is no legal reason women don’t start their own companies and pay other women what they want.
Nailed it.

I think the term you’re looking for is “Liberal”
