Just saw that Chiappa is introducing a triple barreled shotgun with what appears to be an 18 inch set of barrels,
set one over two.
Load it with turned brass slugs or triple-balled [3 balls, end-on] shells and you’ll most likely get what you’re after.
Exit wounds could be doorknob size with buckshot (and Bad Science @3–a slug is one piece big enough to fill the barrel ergo no pattern; and I would say it’s a nice group myself.)
