There are also thousands of new jobs being created every month! Most are less than 20 hours a week, pay minimum wage, and involve asking, “Would you like fries with that?”
…let’s not split hairs over the fact that “job growth” in and of itself is meaningless….especially when in the context of job demand still outpacing job growth. But hey, as long as there’s a net gain of ONE, that’s job growth, right? Add that to the jobs I created or saved.
I’m surprised he hasn’t come right out and claimed his 8 year economies have eclipsed Reagan’s.
Surprisingly public assistance is at an all time high as well, are they double dipping at the public trough while working?
He took over a country fighting two wars and in the worse economic crisis since the Great Depression. We have stability, 4.9% unemployment, we’re exporting oil, and he’s pushing education. Those mill and factory jobs with good union benefits are not coming back. Lots of jobs out there but you have to have some education or learn a trade.
To whatever degree our economy recovered, it happened in spite of Obama’s ignorant socialist meddling, not because of it.
Also, not the worst economy since the Great Depression. It was the worst economy since Jimmy Carter. Look up “stagflation” some time
