They just fixed the entire infrastructure 7 years ago, they took down all the highway signs, paved all the roads that didn’t need to be paved and put up new signs 20 feet from where the old ones were, what else could possibly need fixing??
By the time she drops dead, they might finish one lane of a bridge somewhere, maybe…but I doubt it.
