I mean I’ve never seen a total outsider run for president and get this close. He has even less political experience than Obama had in ’08, and that’s really tough to do. To get less experience than Obama, a candidate would need to have negative experience. Heck, Trump essentially has negative experience when you consider how he thought politicians were convenient purchases to get things done for his businesses. D? R? Doesn’t matter. Buy ’em by the six-pack.
I would argue that this counts as experience, and indeed signals a better understanding of how politics works that most other politicians.
It’s not what I want in a president, but it’s not “negative experience”.

Hillary! has plenty of experience.
She’s helped a whole region descend into chaos, war and jihadism and she’s awesome at compromising our security and destroying the rule of law.
So isn’t that “negative experience”?
Don’t get me wrong, if you had told me even 6 months ago I’d be rooting for and voting for Trump, I’d have smacked you in the face for being stupid.
Now…I’m being smacked in the face by the conditions.
I will say that Trump is the epitome of the Nuke the Moon candidate so I’d think IMAO’s editorial position would be “Fer”.

Trump is a good example of an old-school, Democrat patriot.
Considering the alternative is electing a psychotic, criminal Communist, I’m fine with that.
But, a lot of people don’t see it yet. Possibly even IMAO.
I like a candidate without GOVERNMENT experience. It means he is not tied into a system of corruption that we have had to live with. In fact, Trump is the very type of candidate our Founders envisioned for the Republic. Someone who, after achieving success in some aspect of private life serves the country for a short time in his more mature years. I would have preferred an actual conservative but, you go the voting booth with the candidate you got.
A kid that’s worked for 6 months at Burger King has more experience than Obama did. And to get a job at Burger King, you have to prove you’re a citizen….. kinda like John McCain did…and Ted Cruz…but not Barry, I wonder why that is?
Government experience=Spilling money,without reporting, and always asking for more.
