Mr. McCoy’s cartoon adequately covers the Democrats’ response to the failure of the “repeal and replace Obamacare” bill. What the Democrats — and most of the Republicans, it seems — don’t get is that we want it repealed, but not replaced. Healthcare isn’t part of the government mandate of the Constitution, so hands off.
