“Given up the bean”? So did you just notice (like me) that coffee was the largest expense on your grocery bill or is it because Anonymissus is Mormon?
I gave it up before I considered joining the church. I wasn’t sure I could live without it. I missed the flavor a little, but living without the expense and the hassles of preparation and keeping it warm made quitting a lifestyle improvement on balance
Cool. I hate Starbucks but enjoy my home-made coffee beverages enough to be worth the bother.
I would give up coffee if the Bible told me to but I am glad the churches I have been to all have coffee bars. 🙂
