A Manhattan judge ruled that it’s OK to throw Trump supporters out of bars, because the law doesn’t protect against political discrimination.
Next time skip the beer and order a cake.

I am torn.
While I wa istinctively against this ruling, I read on comment boards that it is technically correct — discrimination laws don’t mention political affiliation, so the judge may be strictly interpreting the law.
It’s a mess. Hopefully it will somehow impact liberals more than conservatives. Everything they do backfires.
Is OK to throw judges out of bars? If not why not?
It is argued that, yes. You can throw out liberal judges and choose not to throw out conservative judges.
As long as you throw all liberals out, not only ones who are black or gay or some other enumerated (that is, protected) class.
Political affiliation, not being specifically written into the law, is a valid reason for pirvate enterprise to exclude service. As long as you are consistent.
Does throwing someone out based upon politics have to be a consistent policy? I mean it seems rather arbitrary to me in the first place anyway.
