Several days ago, I posted a video by the Beach Boys. Until then, I forgot how much I used to enjoy listening to them. Still do, as it turns out.
What about you? Got something you’d like to share? It’s Wednesday Night Open Thread.
What’s on your mind?

Don’t knock on Death’s door. Ring the doorbell and run away! Death really hates that.
I had to hit Spotify after viewing that video, cause one song by the Beach Boys is not enough for an evening. I grew up listening(over and over and over), to their Little Deuce Coupe album on cassette. Given how much I like the album I was surprised to read on wikipedia that it was a rush-job, aside from the four songs that appeared on earlier albums(it was released a mere one month after their prior album).
Man, it’s a tough call between this one and Little Deuce Coupe.
You turn either one of those on for me, and I’ll be on a Beach Boys kick all night.
Eliot Ness, the man who put Al Capone away (so well that we can’t find him), was born April 19, 1903, in Chicago.
I agree one Beach Boys song is not enough. They have an amazing sound, but the some of their incredible harmonies got buried under the instruments…
