  1. no representation without taxation. If, as logic and the Constitution (still) dictate, all taxes were fairly laid, the practice of buying votes couldn’t be carried out and people would only vote to increase taxes for something they REALLY agree they need government to do. It is self-evident that you can’t ask for the opinion of someone who isn’t required to help pay for it if you want working government.
    SO, either you must demonstrate that you are a tax PAYER or you don’t get to vote (I’ll take it), or we don’t have to ask because the tax law applies to everybody equally (the right way).
