It is self-evident that you can’t ask for the opinion of someone who isn’t required to help pay for it if you want working government.
SO, either you must demonstrate that you are a tax PAYER or you don’t get to vote (I’ll take it), or we don’t have to ask because the tax law applies to everybody equally (the right way).
