Now becoming a problem in New York City: homeless people taking over subway train cars.
That’s ridiculous. People are using those cars. They should take over empty, useless spaces that nobody uses. Aren’t there any federal office buildings around?

Build a wall in the cars.
Now they’re not homeless anymore, now they have mobile homes.
People complained, at first, when Giuliani ordered enforcement of subway quality. They stopped once people saw the benefit; No more graffiti. The panhandling was gone. No more “entertainers”. Crime went down. People flocked to the subways enjoying peaceful trips. It was all part of Giuliani cleaning up NYC. Bloomberg continued the enforcement. Then came Deblasio, and NYC quality went down all over. The panhandlers returned. “It’s showtime!” returned. At least the graffiti is still gone. You have to be accosted by unwanted sights, sounds, and smells, but Obama forbid you are called “ladies and gentlemen”. Don’t blame the police. Blame Deblasio. He doesn’t want enforcement.
