Link of the Day: “The Social Mechanisms Which Formerly Prevented These Massacres Have Crumbled”

[High Praise! to Stilton’s Place]

Unintended Consequences

Which begs the next question: what do you do about these crumbled social mechanisms?

My advice: just live your life as an example of the uncrumbled greatness of America. People need heroes and role models. Do your best to be both as often as possible to as many people as possible.

Prove that, when it comes to America’s future, everyone has a choice, and you’re proud of yours.

If absolutely nothing else, be exceedingly kind to people in retail service roles, and let the butterfly effect take it from there.

    • My favorite is listening to news reports claiming that the Gilroy Garlic festival killer bought his gun legally. NO. The gun he used is illegal in CA. It is against CA law for a resident to go to a neighboring state to buy such a weapon and bring it back here.He broke at least 3 laws just possessing the gun. Funny how that works.
