FBI Communication #3308

Hello, fellow friends. This is the FBI reaching out again to pick your brains.

It has been suggested that there are more FBI agents reading this website than there are civilians. So, if you have any way of identifying civilians vs. agents, we would appreciate hearing about it.

P.S.: Your coffee maker may be on. Or something is. Your electrical usage seems higher than it usually is at this time.

  1. “…any way of identifying civilians vs. agents…”

    I suspect anyone who is not a cat.

    “But wait…”, you say, “…do you mean you you suspect them of being a civilian or an agent?”

    To which I reply [squinting] “You sure ask a lot of questions.”

  2. I’m not FBI but like law enforcement everywhere, I know you can check the back of officers heads to see if they are flat after being whacked in the head with a shovel. It happens shortly after signing up and it is a test. If you pass, you’re smart,
    you quit and become a fireman because everyone likes firemen and a lot of people hate police…

  3. Civilians- Don’t want to say it’s aliens, even though it’s aliens.
    FBI- Blame aliens even when it is unlikely.

    Civilians- Large wooden badgers.
    FBI- Wicker woodchucks.

    Civilians- Pronounce it “Basil.”
    FBI- Pronounce it “Basil.”

    Civilians- Aren’t expecting the Spanish Inquisition.
    FBI- Aren’t expecting the Spanish Inquisition.

  4. In fuzzy logic, the FBI value of a commentator can be any real number between 0 and 1 both inclusive, as opposed to boolean logic, where the FBI values may only be the integer values 0 or 1. In this system, the statement “This commentator is not FBI” is no longer paradoxical as it can be assigned a truth value of 0.5, making it precisely half true and half false. A simplified explanation is shown below.

    Let’s denote the true value of the statement “This Commentator is not FBI” by x. The statement becomes

    X=Not(X)
    by generalizing the NOT operator to the equivalent Zadeh operator from fuzzy logic, the statement becomes
    X=1-X
    from which it follows that
    X=0.5

    Hope that clears things up.
