PETA Calls on Amusement Ride Manufacturer To Stop Selling Animal-Themed Carousels
NY Post | 2/08/24 | David Propper

PETA got on its high horse this week, calling on the country’s largest manufacturer of amusement rides to stop selling animal-themed carousels.

The animal rights organization sent a letter to Kansas-based Chance Rides on Tuesday arguing that using designs of horses and other animals for the merry-go-round “unintentionally celebrates the exploitation” of animals . . .

PETA suggested to Aaron Landrum, the CEO and president of Chance Rides, that his company only use objects like cars, unicycles, rockets or other designs like shooting stars, rainbows or brooms.

… So, PETA cannot spare a tear for shooting stars, rainbows, or witches?

…

And who names their carnival-ride company “Chance Rides”?

Trader Joe’s redid the design of several of its products so they no longer included elephants performing tricks.

That does it! That’s the last time I buy my pajamas at Trader Joe’s!

  1. They wanted rainbows…so we changed the molds to rainbows…then the LGBTQLMNOP shows up at the door..they say “hey lose the rainbows or we’ll shut you down.”..so thats how every merry-go-round turned into THE RING OF FIRE and all the kids sit on Satan or a Demon’s lap….
